We need processing time to complete the quality check, the packaging, and the stock check of your chosen products. It usually takes 1-2 business days to process your order (while some items may need 3-5 business days). We will send you an email if the processing time takes longer than expected.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
The shipping cost of orders less than $49 is $5.99. Free shipping for orders worth $49 or above. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout automatically.Our delivery time is generally 10-15 business days.
*The shipping time listed above is just ETA(Estimated Time of Arrival), and most of our shipped parcels can be delivered as the delivery estimates. Occasionally, the exact delivery time may change due to unpredictable events such as changing weather. Meanwhile, due to the impact of the CVOID-19, international flight resources are in shortage recently. It may lead to a delay of order processing and delivery services in destination countries in different uncertain ways.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
Currently, we don’t ship to P. O boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
International Shipping Policy
Due to limited resources and staffing, as well as the raised cost of operation, we are only able to provide service to addresses within the United States.
- Please leave sufficient details about your shipping address to ensure smooth delivery. It would be better if your shipping address can be accurate to Apt/unit number. Correct email address and phone number are mandatory for receiving order confirmation and shipping notifications.
- Please note that WowAmoire is not responsible for unsuccessful deliveries caused by wrong/insufficient/incomplete shipping address, wrong post/zip code, blank mobile column. If the carrier fails to deliver due to insufficient address and phone number, the parcel will be returned to us automatically. In that case, if you want to ask the carrier to resend it, you will be charged the resending fee at your cost. If you don’t pay the resending fee, the parcel may be destroyed or extra storage charges after the deadline will be at your cost. Thank you for your cooperation.
- Shipping time might be affected during public holidays or extreme weather. Because the manufacturers & carriers might be short of staff, which is out of our control. Normal service resumes soon after the holiday or extreme weather ends.
- Your order can be tracked in detail only when it arrives in the destination country. Please kindly allow some working days of delivery to your address. We'd appreciate it so much for your patience.
